Hey all! I'm excited~ It's always exciting writing for a fandom for the first time; this is my first ever work on Merlin (or in the TV shows category for that matter xD). This is a series of drabletts on the daily monetary adventures of that crazy bastard, King Uther we all know and haltingly love or lovingly hate. Because when it comes to him, everything is because of magic. Not sure when in the series these flicets are based, but probably sometime before his death, I'd imagine. Now without further ado, let's begin~
It Must be the Work of Magic
1st: In which Uther has a wardrobe crisis…
The day was young, and King Uther stood before his reflection in the mirror of his lavish quarters in Camelot castle wearing a grey tunic, a red belt, a pair of sea-green socks and a frown.
"My belt and my socks do not match," he noted, observing the clash the mirror replicated to him. "It must be the work of magic…"
Oh dear! What mischievous work of magic will plague our dear Uther next time? Just wait and see. And if you have the time, please leave a review ._.
