Amore meaning love

"Amore," I said dramatically. "I amore your cooking Iggy," I said, smiling.

"Amore? And that means... What exactly?"

I smiled, "Amore means love! It's in Italian of course, you English speaker wouldn't understand."

Iggy rolled his eyes, "Why the sudden interest in the Italian language?"

"Your making Italian food tonight, so I learned how to say love in italian," I shrugged, like it was the most normal thing possible. But I couldn't stop grinning at his confused face.

"Well," Iggy said nonchalantly, "I amore you Nudge."

I grinned even bigger, "I amore you too Iggy, and not just for your cooking."

He rolled his eyes again, and leaned over and pecked my lips gently, "Would you go get me some Parmesan amore?" he asked me.

"Yes love," I responded, "What's with all this Italian you keep throwing out? Honestly Iggy, what do you do in your spare time besides cook and learn other languages?" I asked him sarcastically.

He smiled, and pulled me back to him, not letting me go get the cheese. "Your right, I shouldn't be spending my free time learning how to say I love you, instead I shouold be showing you just how much I love you," Iggy mumbled, and my stomach knotted up, and got butterflies all at the same time as Iggy leaned down and kissed me again.

This kiss was longer, lingering on my lips before moving to my forehead, my cheek, my nose, my neck, then slowly returning to my mouth.

"Tomorrow," I whispered into Iggy's ear, "Make something French," I said, smiling, "And I'll teach you something French... nothing verbal thought," I said and giggles as he blushed and nodded. "Now, where do we keep the cheese's?" I asked Iggy.

"Nudge," he said, his eyes serous, "I really do amore you." Iggy sounded really sexy when he spoke in Italian. Well it is the language of love, or was that French? Did it really matter right now? "I'm stirring the sauce, the cheese is in the bottom left had drawer in the fridge."

"Ok! It smells delicious affetto!"

He sighed, "More Italian?"
