Chapter 1: The Meteor Shower
"This is going to be the worst day of my life", thought Gwen as she got out of her car.
Gwen walked towards school meeting with her two friends Bridgette and Courtney.
"Where have you been?", asked Bridgette curiously.
"My stupid brother unplugged the alarm in my bedroom so I could get to school late!", said Gwen.
"We don't have time to hear about your problems we have to get to class!", said Courtney.
As the bell rang the three girls rushed towards their first class.
Science Classroom
The bell rang and the girls were in no sight.
"Hey wheres the girls?" asked Trent.
"I don't know, but princess isn't usually late for class", said Duncan.
"Alright class get ready for class and sit down!" said Mrs. Thomson the science teacher.
Just as the bell rang the girls walked in.
"Your late!" said Mrs. Thomson.
"Were sorry it won't happen again" said Courtney.
"Alright girls, now sit down" said Mrs. Thomson.
The girls sat down and Mrs. Thomson continued her lesson.
"Well look who's here, Princess!" said Duncan.
"I'd wish you stop calling me that" said Courtney, as she sat down.
"Hey where were you?" asked Trent.
"Long story" said Gwen.
"Alright students quiet down" said Mrs. Thomson, "As you all may know the big meteor shower is today and I will be at the Memorial Park watching the meteor shower for my self , so for today's homework you will have to write a 5 page essay about meteors".
"Well this ruins our plans for tonight", said Gwen.
At Gwen's House
At Gwen's house Gwen, Bridgette, Courtney, Duncan, Trent, Geoff and DJ were doing their essays together.
"Bye honey were leaving now" said Gwen's mom.
"Bye mom have fun" said Gwen as she watched her mom leave.
"So how do we get our essays started?" asked Courtney.
"I don't know about you but I'm going to hit back and relax with a soda" said Duncan as he grabbed a soda and jumped on the couch.
"This is serious we should really start on our essay it worth 40 percent of our final grade!" yelled Courtney.
"Whatever, you do what you want princess" said Duncan.
"Fine but I'm going to the kitchen to do my essay!" yelled Courtney as she head towards the kitchen.
Soon Gwen and Bridgette followed.
"I think she's right dude maybe we should do this assignment" said DJ.
"Are you kidding lest just chill for a minute man" said Duncan.
1 hours later
"And finished" said Courtney as she put her essay in her backpack.
"Your done, I'm not even on my second page!" said Gwen.
Suddenly they heard a huge explosion.
"What was that?" asked Courtney.
"I don't know but we better check it out." said Gwen as they rushed out of the kitchen.
"Whats going on?" asked Bridgette.
Everyone stood frozen until a meteor went trough the roof and fell on Trent.
