Hi there! I am fabulousberlitz and this is my first fanfiction! This fanfic is based on the song lovestruck by Breathe Electric. I don't own the song and I don't own Pokémon. If I did then Ash would have grown up by now and there would be so much ikarishipping. Anyways onto the story!
Paul POV
Dawn was twirling on the dance floor. Her beautiful blue hair and dazzling eyes have me hypnotized. I want- no need to touch her so badly. I make my way through the dance floor to see if I could get in just one dance. Tapping her on her ivory shoulder she turns around and smiles at me. "Um, Dawn would you like to dance with me. Dawn giggles a little puts her arms around my neck. "I would love to, Paul." I put my arms around her waist and we start swaying to the beat.
I start to stare deep into Dawn's eyes as if I can see into her eyes. All I can see in her eyes are twinkle of happiness. I thought I just had a crush on her but I can feel myself wanting more. I feel a heating sensation of where she is touching me. I am love-struck. I love the way she laughs, the way she is gentle even with me sometimes. She is just so perfect.
Dawn is staring into my eyes now and I see something more. "Hey Dawn", I whisper into her ear so she can hear me over the music. "Yes Paul?" Her breath in my ear makes me lose all my thoughts for a second and I know what I have to do. I lean in closer to her and gently press my lips against hers. Her lips taste like strawberries but sweeter. Dawn is a little surprised at my boldness but deepens the kiss. It is such a rush and I feel everything slip away except just us. As we pull away from the kiss the song is ending. I whisper into Dawn's ear once more, "Being with you is a luxury.
I know what we can be together. Being with you is a rush. Every time we touch I feel weak in the knees. Will you be my girlfriend?" Dawn looks at me with those gorgeous eyes of hers and says," Of course, Paul! I have waited for you to ask me out for a while now. And don't worry I know how to please." She winks at me and we go to sit at the bar. There we sat and talked about why we liked each other and what made each other so alluring. I am so glad Dawn is mine now. I will protect her and love her. Forever.
