Master Obi-Wan! Come look—the sky!" His teal, youthful eyes lit up, brighter than ever before since leaving Tatooine five weeks ago—a complete opposite of the thundery, dark, clashing Coruscanti sky. The Padawan looked in awe as he saw the near-black clouds swirl together, then leave behind tiny droplets of that precious resource, water, pouring down to the stone ground, soaking it entirely. Even clouds were a magnificent sight to see for Anakin, but let alone a thunderstorm was just unbelievable.

He ran outside from the dormitories with not a care in the slightest, practically sprinting outside the Temple's grounds to get a look and feel of the magical liquid that was so rare back on Tatooine. Slavers would take it away, use it as a "reward", starve him from it... But here the water was, coming from the heavens—an unimaginable display of the scarce requirement, being unleashed from the sky onto the land, in an amount larger than he could possibly dream of drinking/using back home.

Obi-Wan stood from afar, watching his new apprentice skip and splash around in the rain, absolutely soaked from head to toe. Seeing the boy play in the rain so joyfully, made him think of just how rough his young Padawan had it growing up. A spike of sympathy ran through his emotions as he realised this was the first time Anakin had seen rain.

Anakin hardly noticed his Master standing under the covered area until he actually stopped running around to catch a breath. "Look, Master! Do you see it?!" The Padawan gleamed wide-eyed at Obi-Wan, holding out his arms to feel the downpour.

Obi-Wan smiled at his Padawan faintly. "I see that you have gotten yourself drenched in the rain." He said, not mockingly or displeased, but almost amused, yet also a hint of pity.

Anakin was oblivious, too stunned by the rainfall. He didn't care if he was wet, he didn't care if he was cold, he just wanted to stay with the rain, subconsciously afraid that it might be taken away. "Can I stay here?" The boy asked, and it momentary took Obi-Wan aback.

Obi-Wan chuckled slightly. "In the rain?" He questioned. "Won't you get cold?"

Anakin didn't seem to notice the temperature and just shook his head, though after a while of just watching the rain fall lightly from under the cover, Obi-Wan wrapped a small blanket around his shivering Padawan.
