a.n. Ok, this popped into my head a few days ago and it wouldn't go away. So I had to write it. I don't think it's that great, but I'll leave it up to you to decide. Since no one knows what the prophecy says surrounding Anakin, (don't know if it says anywhere) I wrote one that pretty much sums up his life. Let me know what you think.
The Prophecy
In turmoil, the galaxy will be,
Great evil will rise again
Into this, born is he
One like him has never been.
From virgin mother, he will be born
Created by the Force, unlike any other
He will walk the skies while the earth is torn
A comrade-in-arms, a friend, a brother.
A difficult life, his will be
Different than those he will know
The love of others, he will see
Flourish in this he will, and grow
Strong in the Force, with glorious skill
Yet, cast out among his kind
Be different and alone, he will
To the rules, he will heed no mind.
Love another, will he
With love unbroken, like a circle, a ring
Difficult to hide, it will be,
Yet hope for the galaxy they will bring
Bring the Force back into balance he will
Though long and terrible his journey is
Defending his beliefs, many he will kill
With many paths to choose, only one will be his
Alone he will walk, no one will understand
The hardest path, he will take.
Terror will he wreak upon the land
Destruction will be all that's left in his wake.
In silence and darkness he will tread
Running from his past, he will try to hide
Leaving ashes behind him in his stead
His heart is broken, and his soul has died
His life will be harsh, not one to be wanted
He will struggle and fight his way through
Only to end up as a man broken and haunted
Fighting a deep-rooted pain no one knew.
Both sides he will walk,
The dark and the light
Stand he will try, firm like a rock
Until consumed, he is, by eternal night.
But, hope for him, there may be
Before from this world he is taken
The good in him, one will see
The light in him will reawaken.
Balance to the Force, he will bring
The evil and darkness will be overthrown
The light will prevail and many a thing
Will take root, and the seeds of peace will be sown.
The one who will do such awesome things,
One who'll undo that which needs to be undone
Will be the one whom the Force brings
To life, known to all as the Chosen One.
