They wake you up, your heart racing, your sheets sweaty.
50 lives, taken by order or duty.
Plus that one special soul, that causes you nightmares every time she is hurt, mental or physical.
And you haven't kept it away from her.
Her eyes full of pain are leaving you sleepless.
She says, she can take care of herself. But you know better.
You have to protect her, from the world and herself.
If she suffers, you've failed.
Even if she doesn't see it that way.
