Just a little Tiva drabble I wrote. I don't own NCIS or the characters. If I did, Tiva and McAbby would've happened AGES ago.
There were always close calls. There were many instances where Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo had to bite his lip and resist the urge to grab her. He had to resist the urge to kiss her. When he found her in Somalia he wanted to kiss her. She was safe and she was home. That's all that mattered.
DiNozzo hated himself for missing her ceremony. He wanted to make it up to her but he didn't know how. Tony wanted to break Rule Number 12. But he couldn't. He has to just deal with his dreams and put on the player persona.
