I was debating whether or not I should wait to post this story, but I decided to put it out there and see what people think of it.
Note: This takes place after 3x07.
Disclaimer: I do not own Supergirl, Arrowverse, or DC comics.
Hope you enjoy, let's begin.
Kara was walking through the CatCo parking lot while talking to Alex on her phone.
"How are you feeling?" Alex asked over the phone.
"My boyfriend that I sent away seven months ago and thought was dead has returned with a wife from a thousand years in the future. I've been better." Kara confessed.
"Yeah, well at least you and Mon-El weren't suppose to get married, but then you decided to call it off because he doesn't want kids." Alex said sadly.
Kara sighed. "I'm sorry. I'm complaining about my screwed up love life, while not taking yours into consideration."
"You want to come over so we can be miserable together?" Alex asked, getting a small laugh from Kara.
"Maybe another night. I'll see you tomorrow."
Kara hung up the phone and continued to walk to her apartment, until she was stopped by a young brown haired man.
"Help." he said as he leaned forward, appearing to be hurt.
"Are you okay?" Kara asked as she ran up to him with worry all over her face.
But then a smile appeared on his face as he made eye contact with Kara.
Before Kara could react, he wrapped his hand around her neck with an inhuman strength.
Kara responded by brining her elbow down on his arm, causing him to let go. The moment he did, she pulled her arm back and sent her fist to the man, sending him flying several feet away from her.
But then, Kara was caught off guard when someone put her in a chokehold from behind.
Kara struggled to breath as the person overpowered Kara.
"SHHHHH. It'll be over before you know it." a woman's voice said from behind Kara before she passed out.
Unknown
Kara woke up sitting in on a couch in a dark room with no natural light.
Kara stood up only to be pushed back down by a dark haired man who appeared in front of her in an instant.
"Be gentle with her." the same brown haired kid from before said. "We still need her alive."
"We could always find the other one." the dark haired one replied.
"We already have her, and I just told him to meet us her." a brown haired woman said. "If he finds out you killed her, he will not be merciful."
"Who are you people?" Kara asked. "And what the hell is going on?"
The three looked to each before the woman spoke up.
"I guess there's no point in not introducing ourselves. I'm Kirana Kol-Da. These are my brothers Loth-Da and Are-Da."
"You're Kryptonian." Kara said, surprised by this revelation.
"Wow. Maybe she's not stupid, just naturally blonde." Are insulted.
"Why do you need me?" Kara asked.
"It's not so much that we need you, as for our boss." Loth stated.
"And who is your boss?" Kara asked.
The three siblings looked to each other with worry in their eyes before Kirana spoke up.
"The first Kryptonian." she answered.
The only expression that appeared on Kara's face was confusion at the answer.
DEO
Alex walked up to J'onn and Winn and asked.
"Have you seen Kara?"
"I was actually going to ask you about that." J'onn replied.
"She didn't talk to either of you?" Alex asked with a little worry in her voice.
Both J'onn and Winn shook their heads, causing some fear to appear on Alex's face.
"Let's calm down." J'onn said, trying to temper Alex's emotions. "We don't even know if something bad happened to..."
"Do you ever know Kara to just skip work like this?!" Alex yelled.
J'onn sighed. "Kara's strong. Even if something did happen to her, I am certain she'll be fine. When was the last time you talked to her?"
"Last night." Alex answered. "She was leaving CatCo and said she was going home."
"I could see if any cameras picked up Kara walking home. We might be able to pull off who did this and where they took her." Winn suggested.
"Do it." J'onn ordered.
"Is something wrong?" Mon-El asked as he walked over to the three.
"Uhhh... we kind of think that Kara was maybe kidnapped by someone." Winn confessed.
Concern appeared on Mon-El's face after hearing this.
"What? Do we know who?" Mon-El asked.
"No. But I do have a license plate, and a location." Winn stated as he turned around from his computer to face the group.
"Where?" Alex asked.
"An abandoned hotel about 40 miles east of National City." Winn answered.
"Let's go." Alex said with no intention of wasting time.
"If it's okay, I can go as well." Mon-El offered.
Alex looked to J'onn who responded.
"We could use all the help we can get."
"Mon-El." Imra said as she walked to the Daxamite. "We're on a mission. If something happens to you..."
"I know. But I can't abandon Kara. She's the greatest hero of this age." Mon-El stated.
"I know. I'm just concerned that if these beings could subdue a Kryptonian, then there's a good chance they could be a match for you." Imra stated.
"I promise, I won't die today." Mon-El said.
Abandoned Hotel
Kara stood up and heard the door slam shut from the main entrance of the building.
She also noticed the fear in the eyes of her captures, which caused her to tense as well.
The man who entered the room didn't look particularly frightening. He had black hair, blue eyes, he was pretty tall, and looked to be in his early 40's.
He scanned the room until his gaze landed on her.
"This is the daughter of El?" he asked, getting nods from the three Kryptonians.
He walked up to Kara and began caressing her cheek with the back of his hand.
"It's Kara Zor-El correct?" he asked, receiving a nod from her. "Let's be certain shall we."
In a split second, he grabbed Kara's hand, pulled out a pocket knife, and to Kara's astonishment, he cut open her hand.
"How did you.." Kara asked, at a lost for words since almost nothing could hurt her under a yellow sun.
"What's that Earth saying? A good magician never reveals his secrets." the man responded.
He then took Kara's bloodied hand, brought it to his nose and began smelling her blood.
A smile appeared on his face after he was done.
"El blood." he said aloud.
"So, is this it?" Are asked.
Before he could answer, a noise came from the main lobby.
"Who else is here?" he asked.
"No one." Kirana replied.
He turned toward the three siblings and said.
"Under no circumstances must she escape."
He then walked to the main lobby and scanned the room, finding no one.
"I don't know if you're human, Kryptonian, or any other alien species. But I do know this, you do not stand a chance against me." he yelled.
"Let's test that theory." Alex said as she emerged from the shadows and threw a red grenade at the man.
The grenade exploded, emitting a powerful red light across the entire room.
When it was over, the man looked to Alex with a smile across his face.
"A red sun grenade." he said. "Clever stuff."In a split second, his hand was wrapped around Alex's throat, and he pushed her against the wall. "But you are a fool if you believe I will fall to such sad weaponry."
Meanwhile in the other room, the three Kryptonian siblings were discussing.
"Should we go in there?" Loth asked.
"Are you serious?" Are asked. "He's not exactly a pushover, and he told us to watch the El girl."
Before they could discuss any further, J'onn appeared in front of them, and threw each brother to the other side of the room, while Kara sent a punch to the sister, knocking her out.
The two brothers then stood up and saw Kara and J'onn side by side.
"I'm sorry bro, but we've lost our advantage." Are said right before he sped away.
"ARE! Damn it." Loth then too left the building.
The man's eyes the glowed red as he was clearly about to use his heat vision on Alex, when Mon-El grabbed him, turned him around and sent a blow to his head. But it appeared to do nothing serve to him.
He then turned his head to face Mon-El, and sent a punch to his gut, sending the Daxamite to the wall.
Before Mon-El could get up from the ground, the man put his foot on top of his head and began slowly crushing his skull, causing Mon-El to scream in agony.
"Daxamite filth. You should've burned with your planet!" the man shouted.
Before he could do anymore damage to Mon-El, Kara sped behind him, grabbed him, and lifted him over her and sent him into the floor behind her.
The man then rose from the rubble and turned to Kara.
"Not bad." he said to her.
He then noticed the lack of numbers on his side as he was surrounded by the four.
"I suppose you've earned this victory." he said to the group. "I have waited countless years for this, I can wait a little longer. I'm going to enjoy what's to come."
He then flew into the ceiling, exiting the building.
The group sighed in relief, and Alex went up to Kara.
"Are you okay?" Alex asked in her big sister mode.
"I'm fine." Kara said chuckling.
"Who was that guy?" Mon-El asked.
"I don't know. But I do know someone who might have an idea." Kara said, as she turned her head to the unconscious Kryptonian girl in the next room.
DEO
Kara entered the prison holding Kirana with red sun emitters reining down on her.
"Well, well, well. It seems the tables have turned." Kirana said.
"I have questions." Kara stated. "Why did you and your brothers really kidnap me?"
"He told us that if we got you, he would free us." Kirana answered.
"The man?" Kara asked, getting a nod from Kirana. "Who is he?"
Kirana chuckled. "He is the first. He is the last. He is light. He is darkness. He is the sun. He is the moon. He is God. He is the devil."
"I was looking for something more like a name." Kara said.
"He is Rao." Kirana answered, getting nothing but shock from Kara.
