Ok, I know my first attempt was a wipe-out, but i promise this story will be a lot better.
To those of you who read my "chapter" and left reviews, thank-you. you helped me see what total garbage that thing was.
Emo Draco
Chapter 1
Draco looked out his window, pissed off at the world. He was on the Hogwarts express on his way to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His fellow Slytherins were having a joyous time insulting and bullying the new first-year Griffindors, but, even though this was one of Draco's favorite pastimes, he was not the least bit interested. His best friend, Blaise Zabini, noticed his passive behavior and came over next to him. "hey Drake, what's up? You're missing all the fun. We already got one of the bastards to pee in his pants." Draco just shrugged and looked out the window. Blaise frowned. Draco never denied a chance to humiliate other people, especially Griffindors. He took Draco by the shoulders and forcibly turned him around to look into his eyes. Usually they were a shining silver with the occasional evil glint, but this time, they were a dull gray with no glint, sparkle, shine, or anything of the sort. They reflected Draco's soul, a dark and barren wasteland where no one cared what the hell went on in other people's lives as long as they received their instant self-gratification. Blaise let Draco go. Wow, he's really depressed. I don't blame him though. He then began to recall the summer's past events:
Draco failed in his attempts to kill Dumbledore and once Voldemort and Lucius found out, they were in a blind rage, Lucius especially. He was so mad, he shot the Killing Curse at Draco. Luckily and maladroitly, Draco's mother, Narcissa, jumped in front of him and took the blast. This act completely destroyed Draco's sanity and slowly, but surely, he became emo. Although, by looking at him, one couldn't really tell. Draco could tell he was being stared at so he turned around to Blaise, a non readable expression on his face. "What do you want?" Blaise, a little disturbed by the harsh tone of Draco's voice began to try to reason with him. "Come on Draco, cut the emo act. It's the first day of term. The least you could do is crack a smile." At this, Draco gave Blaise a very very creepy grimace that gave him the appearance of a very attractive clown. Blaise's eyes went wide and he quickly turned away. Clowns had scared the hell out of him ever since he was a little kid."Ok Draco, you can stop doing that now." Draco, seeming satisfied, stopped grimacing and returned to staring back out the window. Blaise turned around. "Jesus Draco! What the hell is so damn fascinating about that window?!" Draco pretended he didn't hear him. "Hello? You hear me in there?'' Draco ignored him still. Blaise's eyebrows narrowed. "Fine! Be that way! Just don't come crying to me when you realize you have no friends!" With that, he diffidently left Draco to wallow in his silence. Just then, the train arrived at Hogwarts.
