Chapter 1:

Bonnie is an angry young woman, for more than one reason. Her father committed suicide when she needed him the most, leaving her mother Jennifer to raise their two young children Jeremy & Lexi all alone. The restaurant Jennifer operates is financial unstable . Bonnie's grandmother, Anna , blames Jennifer for the suicide and refuses to accept Lexi a six-year-old girl whom Jennifer adopted, as her granddaughter, blaming her for bringing bad luck to the family. Bonnie has to put up with the daily fight's. The bright spots in her life are Jennifer and Bonnie's MBA classmate, Stefan .

Bonnie suddenly hears her mother and grandmother fighting.

"Where did you pick up this rubbish child from"

"She's my daughter and nothing will change that"

"No, she is not, she's just a burden which you adopted before my son's death, she is the reason why my son died".

Jennifer starts crying. And Bonnie walks in saying "Why do fight every day morning, I'm sick of all this"

And she walks out putting on her glasses of to MBA. She waits agers outside Stefan's office, in the rain with her umbrella waiting for him so there can go together.

But Stefan is inside a lift with 2 other people trying to hit on a girl in a elevator.

"Hey gorgeous"

The girls says" Are ya talking to me?"

"Of course" " I'm not talking to this fat man in front of me" "My names Stefan "

"Don't bother I'm already married"

"So what if your married your married…."

The girl cuts him off and says" I'm married to him" and points at the guy in front.

"Ooooo... sorry"

The guy that was in front turns around and strangles Stefan. Finally the lift opens and Stefan comes out holding his neck towards Bonnie.

"Sorry I'm late"

Bonnie asks "What happened?"

"Nothing, I was just stuck in the lift and my neck…"

Bonnie cuts him off saying "okay I understand, what's the girls name?"

"I don't know"

"Who hit strangled you?, husband or boyfriend?"

"Husband"

"What was the husband's name?"

"How would I know that?"

"Oh I feel so bad for you, but they should have hit you more"

"Thanks, how was your weekend?"

Bonnie scattily replies "Fantastic, I went to London and Paris"

"It doesn't look like that, anyways my weekend was rocking" Lila and me in the same bedroom on the same bed all weekend just relaxing. (Btw Lila is a dog)

They both arrive at the MBA class. And sit next to each other.

Stefan says to Lila "Thank god you're not like any other type of girl, you're not sexy nor are your beautiful and you always have time for me, I like you"

"Thanks Stefan, if you weren't here I would die, JERK"

Stefan points at a new girl arriving at this class.

Bonnie says "Her name is Lucy, she's a new entry, she divorced for god sake leave her alone"

Lucy walks past Stefan and say "Hey"

Stefan say "Please sit"

"Were do I sit"

Stefan say "umm.. There's a place in my heart but for now sit behind me"

Just then a old lady take that spot right behind leaving Lucy to sit two seats behind him. Stefan gets a piece of paper and takes the pen of Bonnie and write "DINNER AT 9?" And says to Bonnie "watch this". Stefan takes the paper and passes it down without looking to the person behind him. The old woman writes "OKAY" and taps him. He takes the paper without looking and shows it to Bonnie. Then there both Stefan and Bonnie turn around and Stefan face goes red while Bonnie puts both thumbs up in the air.

Bonnie wondered what Stefan wrote in his black diary, but Bonnie never asked him. The first time Bonnie meant him, she didn't like him at all, but now he is her good friend. Bonnie knew that Stefan was a good person because that night he didn't cancel his date with that old lady.
