Standing on the bridge in her small town she wondered how her life had gotten to this point. She never imagined that someone could be so cold and deceitful to a person they claimed to love. Staring at the ring in her hand that at one time had symbolized so much hope, promise, and love. When he gave the ring to her, she immediately knew that her life would change but she assumed it would be for the better. She throws the ring into the water hoping that when it gets buried in the water so will her feelings for him. But she doesn't know where she can go from here.
