Chapter 1
One afternoon at Tree Hill High Lucas Scott is running around with his and Rory's 4 year old daughter on his shoulder's letting her try and throw the ball in the hoop waiting on comes to the door and stands there watching little girl sees her.
''Mommy!'' the little girl says
''hey Monkey.'' she says
Lucas looks up and gasps ''hey!'' he says
''hey you guy's ready?'' she asks them
''I have to get home shower,change and start to cook dinner.'' she tells him
''okay yea we're ready.'' he tells her
''okay let's go.'' she says
Lucas and Rory walk to thier car and Lucas gets thier daughter in the back in her carseat and drives them home they are getting out of the car.
''hey will you give her a bath and get her into her pajama's for me while I go and take a quick shower then start to cook dinner?'' she asks him
''sure thing come on monkey.'' he carries her up into the house and goes to get her ready to give her a bath
Rory goes to thier bedroom to start her shower in the master bathroom.
back in the other bathroom while thier little girl is in the bathtub covered in bubbles
''daddy you wead to me?'' she asks him
''you want me to read to you tonight?'' he asks her
''yes!'' she nods and says happily
''okay I can do that.'' he tells her
''yay!'' she says and smiles
''did you have fun watching and cheering for daddy in his basketball game today monkey?'' he asks her
''yes!'' she nods and says happily
he smiles ''aww that's good.'' he says washing the shampoo out of her hair gently
''okay monkey you ready to get out and into your pj's and go down and see mommy for dinner?'' Lucas asks her
''yes!'' she says happily
''okay.'' Lucas says and gets her out wrapping her in a towel getting her dried off and in her pj's and brushes her hair out softly and smiles.
''daddy I do it too?'' she asks him
''okay monkey.'' he says and hands her her brush so she can brush out her own hair
Lucas just watches her ''you're growing up so fast monkey.'' he tells her and smiles watching her grow up and becoming a little woman before his eyes
