On the quest of regaining wall Maria, we lost even more people. Armin Arlert, Jean Kirstein, Bertolt Hoover and Christa Lenz. Soon after Ymir comitted suicide. Nobody expected Mikasa to go next, but it was again, for saving that idiot Eren, telling him that she would watch over him together with Armin.

Levi closed his journal, which he reread so often. He put it on the little table next to him as he leaned back against the chair and looked at the sky. He knew the people he cared about were watching him. A gray strand of his hair fell into his eye when he shifted. He stood up from the chair and left the veranda of the little house. He walked right to the sea, which wasn´t very hard to do, even in his age, because his little cottage stood 30m away from it. He just got close enogh to let the water rinse through his hands. He watched as the sun set slowly sinking into the sea. When he walked back to his cottage he struck a match and lit the oil lamp. He took up his journal which was still not full, because he just wasn´t a man of many words and wrote just one sentence.
I finally understand why Petra wanted to see the sea so badly, and I would have loved to show her.
He put down his journal again and walked inside. He laid down on his bed, which was neatly made before and closed his eyes, after a while he fell asleep and like that the last member of the scouting legion passed by. To be welcomed in another world by the people he loved and treasured. He will remember them all, because they are his most precious memory.
