What Scourge thought when he killed Tigerstar

Tigerstar leaped at me.

I stepped to the side and he landed next to me.

His belly was exposed. I knew I could take my revenge.

Flashback

"It's a kittypet!"

"He's just a kit, Tigerpaw."

"He's trespassing on ThunderClan territory!"

The larger cat, Tigerpaw, attacked me.

I squealed in pain as he scraped his sharpened claws on my back.

"You'll remember me."

End of Flashback

I took my claws and scraped them from Tigerstar's neck to the beginning of his tail.

He screeched in pain. My face was expressionless. Only pure hatred led me to do this.

I was only a kit. I didn't know better.

This miserable piece of fox dung didn't see it like that.

Blood rushed out of him, a river flowing into a dark red puddle.

I did remember him. He kept his promise.

All the cats around me looked horrified. Even some of my own cats were scared. It surprised me a little. They all knew what I was capable of.

He drew a last breath and was still. I thought it was over but then he drew a deep breath. That kept repeating until he was still, once and for all.

Right when he came to me in TwolegPlace, I recognized him immediately. The brown tabby fur and the huge paws gave it away. Of course he didn't recognize me. There's more important things than the cat who was tortured as a kit. It angered me just when I scented the forest. He came for help, too bad he didn't get any.

He deserved this.

I turned to the flame-colored cat.

"You have three days to leave. If you don't leave by the third day, my cats would either drive you out ourselves or kill you all."
