This is and will stay a oneshot unless the readers or myself want more, please let me know what you think.

Rin headed towards the storage room on the other side of school as fast as she could. She was on an errand for one of her
teachers and just couldn't say no to helping.

As she hurried down along the hallways, her mind began to wander. Her thoughts wandered towards a certain white haired half
demon who she knew as her best friend.

Rin was so engrossed in her thoughts, she ran right into the person her thoughts were about and landed on her butt.

"Oi, got your head in the clouds again?" said a familiar ruff voice.

Looking up with a bright smile and a slight blush Rin said " Ohayo Inuyasha-kun! "

Pulling Rin off the ground, he replied with his usual 'Keh'.

"Where ya headin to so fast anyway Rin?"

"Oh I'm running an errand for Sensei, I have to get some posters board from the storage room."

"Well come on, I'll go with you."

"Yes!"

The two friends fell into conversation as they made there way along. Inuyasha had told her he was headed the same way but it was
just an excuse to be in her presence.

Truth was, that both friends were in love with each other, except both were too shy (though InuYasha would deny it) to admit there
feelings.

Being in the presence of her best friend and crush made her think once again about confessing her feelings. As she prepared to
broach the subject she ran into his back.

Inuyasha merely raised an eyebrow towards her and gestured in front of him to the door marked 'Storage'.

Rin blushed, hurrying along she fumbled with the keys till Inuyasha took them and opened the door for her.

Stepping into the room Rin began to search the shelves looking for what she was sent for. Finding them she grabbed as many as
she could, having to stand on her toes to do so. Stepping in to help again Inuyasha stood behind her, putting his hand on her hip
as he got the rest for her. Rin was blushing at the close contact, the warmth she felt being inclosed in his arms.

As Inuyasha finished grabbing the rat Rin turned, still in his arms with a blush on her face. Her eyes caught his and the two were
caught in each others eyes. Gathering all her confidence, Rin stood on her toes, her eyes closing as she kissed Inuyasha's cheek,
muttering a thank you and ran out the room.

Inuyasha stood frozen before, what just happened really set in. A giant goofy smile graced his face and he hurried out the room
after Rin.
