"Western Ohio, I- Sue Sylvester, as your elected congresswoman, am proud to say I've kept my promise to you.

"With schools opening tomorrow, I am glad to announce this 2012-2013 school year will be the final year of art programs in our schools. That being said, due to policy, art classes have been given minimal funding, but they still have a slim chance.

"This is a message to those parents who want their children to prance around in tutus to Cascada, be in a play about a soulless ginger orphan who was never loved by her parents, or in the ridiculous sham of what is known as show choir; you are welcome to pay for it yourself! You're the only chance they have of running past a few months, so get fundraising!

"Now to those parents who still retain sanity, the mountain of your hard-earned tax money that was being lit ablaze by the arts is being used for something that won't make our children jaded and bitter; something that will actually get them a job!

"Example: foreign languages. We have used funds to provide more teachers, many to whom the target language is their first and new language classes altogether. Now your little terrorist can learn to speak Arabic from a native speaker; your fatties will have the opportunity to sweat their ugly off and become at lease mildly attractive in a rigorous 90 minute gym class; and our math and English classes have been funded, ensuring your child will at least perform at grade level.

"This is nothing personal, Will Schuseter. It's very personal Shelby Corcoran, but I will stand by my promise. I will not rest until Ohio's children can beat the competition upside the head with a metal baseball bat, in their sleep. Now that is how Sue sees it."
