Just finished the story for Sun meeting Solgaleo, and my shift is acting odd for some reason, anyways, if you compare the two stories, you'll notice the difference between Sun and Moon's personalities' and how they treat things such as their island challenge. Or how far they'll go to do things.

The Altar of the Moone was stunning. I've seen other ruins, such as Tapu Fini's, but I could only reach that one's inner chambers. The only other one I visited was Tapu Lele's. I tried to get to Tapu Bulu's ruins, but the Haina Desert was a natural maze and I had almost died trying. I probably traumatized the Nurse Joy at Tapu Village when I came in after three days of fighting off Sandile and the occasional Gabite, besides the one I caught. And the Ruins of Conflict couldn't be reached after the incident with Nebby… I can't help but glance at Lillie, who's biting her lip and looking at the altar. It's a bit hard to see in the dark, and neither of us have a flashlight, but I have a better solution.

"Umbreon, come out!" With a flash of light, my Umbreon comes out, his yellow rings immediately lighting up. He begins leading the way up to the main part of the altar, even going as far as to pushing me or Lillie away from unstable parts of the staircase. It's sad that nobody really comes up here anymore, let alone takes care of it.

When we reach the altar, I take the Moon Flute out of my bag, and return Umbreon. I don't want him getting hurt with whatever happens. He took care of me on the way up here, I take care of him for whatever happens next. Lillie is already standing on the left side of the altar, so I take my place on the right. With some unspoken signal, we both begin to play.

I've played the flute before, but was never much good at it. Especially not this good. Lillie played beautifully as well. The symbol on the ruins glowed, and water began to run down on either side of it, as if the flutes had triggered something. Lillie had set her bag down before beginning to play, which turned out to be a good idea, because it went flying into the middle of the altar. Both of us dropped the flutes, because Nebby was in there, and my jaw dropped because the most amazing thing happened.

Nebby evolved into Lunala.
