I OWN NOTHING AT ALL!

Elena knew it was wrong to feel this way about Elijah. He was the oldest vampire in the world, and she was an nineteen year old human. He had been engaged to the original Patrova, the woman that Elena now looked exactly alike, when he had first turned into a vampire. But when Elijah looks at her, butterflys erupt in Elenas stomach and her heart speeds up. Its wrong for so many reasons. Yet Elena cant remember a single one when he gently runs his hand down her arm, or whispers in her ear, or wraps his arm around her waist. No, in those times the only thoughts Elena can hold onto is why it felt so right to be with him.

Elijah knew that he shouldnt love Elena. She was only nineteen, and so fragile compared to the rest of the supernatural world. She was light and happiness where he only had honar and truth. But most of all she looked like Tatia, the first Patrovia. The very thought of Elena in danger shouldnt make him freeze in terror, after all he was the oldest vampire and one of the two strongest, but it did. When he walked into Elenas room and smelt another man, he should not have been filled with panic and anger, but he was, until the man he smelt walked into the room from the bathroom and Elijah recognized the teen boy as Elenas younger brother Jeremy. No, Elijah shouldnt love Elena, but when she kissed his cheek, laughed at him, or just dropped her head on his shoulder for a moment, he couldnt remember the reasons why. All he knew was that it felt so right. Even more right than Elijah had ever felt before, even with Tatia.
