A/N: Hey peeps! I'm just one story closer to having 30 stories! (clapping) Now on with my story!
SPOV
I was sitting in Chad's dressing room, texting someone, when Chad opens the door with a bouquet of roses for me, like he promised.
"Like I promised," he said, closing the door behind him, handing the flowers to me.
"Aw, thanks," I said, hugging him.
"Ooh, look, the Chad-o-meter! My fans are back," he exclaimed, running over to the 'Chad-o-meter', as he called it. "Eight hundred thousand, sweet."
"See, looks like Amber kept her promise," I said optimistically. Then I noticed the Chad-o-meter go up. He noticed it, too.
"Nine hundred thousand?" he said in surprise.
"Looks like somebody's going to get their million," I said, gently elbowing him. The Chad-o-meter reached 999,999, and suddenly stopped.
"999,999? Move, move!" Chad became upset again, staring and shouting at it to move.
"Chad, Chad," I coaxed, "Look at me, look at me." I gently moved his head from to the giant thermometer to me. He still was upset, but then he started to calm down. "Deep breath, deep breath. It's okay, it may not be 1,000,000, but on the bright side, it's still really close. Let's be optimistic about this."
"How can I be optimistic? It's still not a million!" he shouted loudly. I'm pretty sure they heard that on the other side of the city.
"Chad, just please calm down," I coaxed, getting a headache. "How about I make you a loganberry smoothie, huh? You always seem to make you calmer."
"Okay, fine," he compromised. I went over to his blender and made him a smoothie. Once I was done, I poured it in a glass and gave it to him. He took a sip, and looked much calmer. He sat down in his massage chair, and took a small nap. I eventually dozed off on his little couch, and right in the middle of my nap, I heard a little ding. I woke up, looked around the room, and I noticed the Chad-o-meter. It read 1,000,000. I immediately shot off the couch, and shook Chad's shoulders violently.
"Chad, wake up!" I screamed, and he jolted awake.
"What is it?" he asked groggily.
"Look," I said, pointing to the Chad-o-meter. His eyes widened, and he shot over to the giant thermometer.
"Yes, yes, yes!" he shouted, jumping. I ran over to him, and he picked me up, hugging me, and spun me around. After about five minutes, I started to get dizzy.
"Chad, could you let me down? I'm getting dizzy," I asked, and he put me down.
"Thanks, Shortstack," he thanked.
"For what?" I asked, confused.
"For getting Amber to be my fan club president again," he said.
"Oh, well, it didn't take—" He cut me off by pressing his lips to mine. At first, I was surprised, but soon I relaxed into the kiss. Our lips moved together in perfect rhythm. He pulled away, but the scent of cologne still wafted through my nose.
"I love you, Shortstack," he whispered.
"I love you too, egg whites with tomatoes on the side," I whispered back.
And we leaned in for another spectacular kiss.
And that my friends, is the end of my story. Peace out suckahs! Review please!
