A/N: Hey! First Ouran fic, please don't attack me with bad reviews. Again, first ouran fic. This is a KaoxHaru pairing, because it's my favorite one and so cute. So, I hope you like it.
A soft sigh escaped the lips of the ginger haired, gentle male. A number two pencil twirled between his slender fingers and distracted his amber eyes from a certain brunette who was conveniently beside his other half and in front of himself.
Kaoru Hitachiin was a very caring brother. He knew his brother had strong feelings for the secretly female host. Even though the softer of the two twins had the same feelings for the same said female, he would not stand in the way of his twin.
Hikaru and Haruhi had been growing closer and closer thanks, ironically, to Kaoru. He wanted his brother to make his move and ask her out already, or he thought his heart would burst from the pain.
Everyday after the Host Club, the twins would suggest taking the brunette home. After many bickers and whines she would give in. Then Kaoru would say something along the lines of, "Oh, I forgot a book in the club room, you two go ahead, I'll catch up,"" on their way down to the limo, even when it wasn't true. The two would get to talking and start learning more and more about each other.
Kaoru was happy that his brother was finally starting to realize his feelings and do something about it. Though Kaoru longed to be with the blunt girl, he knew it was just a forbidden feeling and that he would have to live with that for now.
The ginger haired twin blinked as his customers in the Host Club snapped him out of his thoughts.
"Kaoru-kun, what's wrong? You seem so distant again." One of his regulars asked. Kaoru put on a convincing smile and chuckled.
"Oh, I'm sorry princess. I was just thinking." He replied and the girl blushed and nodded. "Now, would anyone like some tea?" The gentle twin asked and the girl's nodded. Kaoru poured the tea and went back to thinking. 'Yes, just thinking. It really is a forbidden feeling, isn't it?'
