It's at a circuis, Officer Phineas Flynn, his wife, Isabella Garcia-Shapiro, his daughter, Kelly Flynn and his son, Jack Flynn, were walking around, it zooms out to show someone.
Later, at the merry-go round, Phineas and Jack are on the same horse because Jack was a little scared. The man from earlier was laying on the grass, away from the family, holding a riflr, aimed at the merry-go round.
It goes around a few times before the man pulls the trigger, Phineas falls off the horse and to the ground, as does Jack, Phineas gets up and reveals that the bullet only scrathed past his stomach, he looks at Jack and goes to pick him up, revealing that the bullet actually hit him.
Phineas holds his son close before the man that shot the rifle is revealed...as Thaddeas.
Now don't think I have a sick mind because a child died in this chapter, I actually did the same thing in the actual film with just the characters changed, so if anyone has a sick mind, it's the people who wrote the actual film
