If only Sam wasn't so set on getting an A grade. If only Dean wasn't set on getting Emma Miller. If only John could get another half hour's sleep.
Thing is, Sam is going to get that A. Dean is going to get Emma. And John isn't going to get that extra half hour.
Because Sam had to go and set the alarm for 5.30am. Who the hell gets up that early to take a test? Who the hell needs three hours in the bathroom to impress a girl?
John will never understand his boys, but he loves them anyway.
