Okay just to let you know this can go for any of the Batmans you want as long as Robin is in it too and under the age of 17. There is one OC but only because I do not know any lawyers. Enjoy.
"Great job on catching the Joker tonight Batman and you too Robin," an elderly man with grey hair and a grey mustache, glasses and a strong build for someone of his age said to two people hidden behind him in the shadows. To almost anyone else it would look like he was talking to himself.
"No problem Commissioner Gordon," a voice said in the shadows. The voice sounded like one of a teenager and by the size he did not look to be any older than 16 at the most.
"Batman, Batman. Hold on one second, I have something to say to you," a lady about 5 feet tall with short black hair and brown eyes came running.
"It is a good thing that we are accepted now or the commissioner would be in trouble. Unfortunately that means we have to socialize as Batman and Robin so that the people will trust us," Batman thought as he turned to the person calling out his name.
"May I help you with something ma'am," Batman asked the lady when she stood in front of him and Robin.
"Yes, I am Ami David, attorney at law. I am here to give you the paperwork for a law suit against you," Ami explained.
"Law suit?" Batman answered confused.
"What Batman hasn't done anything wrong," Robin yelled in confusion and a bit of annoyance.
"Don't worry Robin everything will be alright now. You will never have to risk your life like this again," Ami said to Robin before she turned on Batman once again, "Like I was saying you are being sued for reckless child endangerment. The people of Gotham appreciate what you do, but we can't just sit back while you endanger this young boy's life by sending him out to fight in life or death situations."
"Oh," was all Robin could say before he turned to Batman, "Hey Bats is that why you made me get emancipated."
"Yes, Miss David, here are the papers. As you can see, according to the law he is an adult and therefore able to fight these battles without falling under child endangerment," Batman said as he pulled out the paperwork.
"Thank you Batman, of course this means you don't have to worry about these," Ami said as she took the paper back, "Good thing too. I was not looking forward to suing the great Batman. Please do inform the other superheroes with child sidekicks to do the same if they haven't already. Some of the people with connections are getting tired of all of the child endangerment involved in your job," Ami finished before she walked away. During this conversation Commissioner Gordon also had to return to his office.
"Man Bats that was weird don't you think," Robin said to Bats as they headed back to the Bat cave.
"Yes, also Robin," Batman began.
"Yeah yeah I know, I'll inform the others and tell them you were right, yet again. I wonder how long until they'll stop betting against you," Robin answered.
I know. This completely stunk but I couldn't get any ideas for my other story and this kept coming up along with a couple of other items. Please review. I take all kinds of reviews so don't be shy.
