"Something big is going down," Michael reported grimly. "Percy's going after an Air Force general this time."
Nikita frowned thoughtfully. "Why?" Division always had its reasons for any assassination.
"Apparently, the general's black project funding is cutting into Percy's budget at Appropriations." A bitter taste lingered in his mouth. It was all about money and power with Percy. "Whatever this General O'Neill is up to must be massively expensive for them to divert anything from Division."
"And whatever it is, is not our problem at the moment," Nikita replied with a smile. "But I do want to ruin Percy's day."
