Scratching her cheek, Laura awoke to see Hamtaro looking at her through the bars. As Laura's eyes opened slowly, Hamtaro became very excited and happy to start a new day. As Laura got up, Hamtaro became even more excited. He started running around in his cage, knawing on the bars and knocking everything over.

"Oh Hamtaro, stop being silly!" Laura said.

Hamtaro, whiping his face ran up to the door of the cage. Laura opened it, and handed him a Sunflower Seed. "Do you like that, hunny?" she said, as Hamtaro quickly devoured it. Laura quickly got dressed, and ran downstairs to see her parents packing everything into big brown boxes, that had labels all over them. Glancing over, she could see some that said "TEACUPS", "BOOKS", and "RECIPIES".

"Whats going on!"
"Why are you packing things into boxes!" Demanded Laura, as she waited for an answer.

"We arem moving, sweetie. Up to the suburbs of Tokyo, where dad can get better work." cried Mom.

As she sat there labelling more boxes, Laura became very furious and the first thing she thought of was her friends.

"Would she have to leave them? Would they never see eachother again? Who knows. But one things for sure, i'm not happy about this. Not at all." Laura was so frustrated, she had many things crossing her mind. She didnt know what to think, or do. The first thing she did however, was run upstairs and write all the new news in her diary.

DEAR DIARY:
Mommy and Daddy are taking me and Hamtaro up to the suburbs of Tokyo. They never asked me if I liked this one bit, and obviously I don't. I wish they would have told me, so I could have went to talk to all my friends and tell them how much i'm going to miss them. Mommy and daddy make me really mad.

Love, Laura.

Laura became very furious. She told Hamtaro all her problems, and what she wished would really happen. Hamtaro sat there, almost deafening as he listened closely to Lauras problems.

"Leaving? We can't leave! What about all my friends at the burrow?" cried Hamtaro.

"This is a very sad day Hamtaro, we may never see our old friends again." shrugged Laura.

Laura closed her diary, and handed Hamtaro a sunflower seed. She pushed her covers aside, and plopped down onto the bedcover. She was too stressed out to do anything. She laid there silently, waiting for a miracle.
