The door slammed abruptly behind me as I was locked up in my room by my parents. I was grounded, yet again because of my "friends" who tricked me, yet again. I am tired of being pushed around by them and for them to be constantly using me for their foolish schemes.
I was alone in my room with nothing to do and I wish someone would come and take me out of here. So I decided to study for that big math test I have in school tomorrow. School is so hard and the teachers give out so much work. As I was sitting here on my bed studying, I hear a tap on my window. I look through the window and see that it was my good friend, Kenny, who was smiling through my window.
I then opened my window and asked, "Kenny, what are you doing here? I'm supposed to be grounded!" He looked at me and laughed, "Oh, you're so innocent, I don't get how someone as sweet as you could get grounded!" I then started to blush, "Yes I know but my friends keep getting me into trouble!" Kenny laughed, then got serious, "Well you know if you learned to stick up for yourself and to not go along with their schemes, then maybe you wouldn't get grounded now, would you?"
I looked at him with a sad expression and said "No I wouldn't." He then smiled and hugged me and I started to blush with his warm body close to mine. "That's a good boy", he said. I was silent for a bit because this was slightly awkward. I then heard a knock on my door, "Butters, were here to check on you!" I became terrified, "Kenny, you need to…."
I noticed that Kenny has disappeared out my window; he has always been pretty sneaky. My parents came into my room. "What are you doing, Butters? Are you talking to someone?" We said no phone calls while you're grounded!"
My parents always tended to hover over me all the time. "No, I'm not talking to anyone; you already took my cell phone away!" My parents just stared at me. "I just had been studying for Math, that's all!" My father stood by my bed "Okay, just focus on your studies then, and if you're good, I'll take a week off your punishment."
My parents always tended to annoy, but I knew to always respect my parents no matter what. I then looked at my dad and said, "Yes sir." My dad then patted my head, "That's a good boy!" Both of my parents had left the room. I was relieved that Kenny had left so quickly.
I then grabbed my math book and continued to study. As I opened up my textbook, I hear a tap on my window again. Kenny was peaking through my window again. "Kenny you could have gotten me in trouble!" Kenny smirked, "Well, I didn't and I heard the conversation, so you better we good and to continue with your studies."
I then started to feel sad, "Yes I know, but it's nice to have a good friend like you to talk to, since everyone else gets me in trouble." Kenny then started to get serious, "Well remember what I told you before!" I smiled shyly, "Yes, I know but I know you're going to be leaving soon so I could study, but it does get lonely here in my bedroom. He held out his hand and I grabbed his hand and held onto it.
"Butters, you are not alone. No matter where you go, no matter what you do, I will always be here." I then started to feel a lot better. Kenny then pressed his lips against mine. I started blushing as he slowly pulled his lips away from mine.
"Remember what I said and be good!" I put my hand behind my head and grinned, "Don't worry, I will!" I then watched him as he left. He kissed me and I couldn't believe it! I went back to my studies and said to myself, "I am never alone."
