A girl came to him with her bushy hair
As the friend was showing his faulty spell
During the train to a school so magic
Their early impression was not so green
She told him for getting treatment unfair
For that, the friend made her life living hell
Until they stopped a death so tragic
So they all became friends that Halloween
They began talking about Hagrid's hound
A mysterious beast using three heads
For guarding a door of unknown secrets
What was the content in seven one three?
What had been enough for one to risk his leg?
His focus was averted by mirror found
It kept both him and his friend from their beds
Showing desires but bringing regrets
The wise man helps him from its hold break free
They soon find Hagrid gave the key for an egg
Then came a race to get first to the stone
The first challenge to pass the Devil's snare
Second to find find the key with broken wing
The flight a chase like for the cartoon's dove
Third to march across Mcgonagall's board
The red-head friend taking the hit alone
The couple forced to leave although they care
At the last task just she has an inkling
She then praises friendship, bravery and love
He crossed the fire of his own accord
The thief being who they least expected
A man hiding behind false stuttering
Hiding the dark lord breathing down his neck
The mirror he franticly tried to trick
But Harry alone the stone perceived
His mother's sacrifice him protected
Even as the man had curses uttering
The fight ending with the dark lord a wreck
The trio got praised for acting so quick
With points needed for victory received
This act concludes Harry's very first year
Preceding the second, one filled with fear
It has been a long time, and all I have to give you is one lousy poem. I hope the pattern of my verses are not too distracting, but I like writing my poems in an unique way - each one being in a different form.
