Disclaimer, I own neither Harry Potter nor the Avengers, but I think we all knew that.

Notes: This is for my brother, who has encouraged me to write more. However I wrote this instead of the Doctor Who/Jingle All the Way crossover that takes place in both High school and on the Titanic that he thinks I should write.

The Most Important Meal of the Day

"Headmistress, be reasonable!"

Minerva McGonagall gave a disapproving frown.

"Miss. Granger, I don't care how much the wizarding world owes you, you will not take that tone with me."

Hermione sat back down in her chair, closed her eyes and counted backwards from five, twice. When she was relatively sure she was calm enough, she opened her eyes.

"He's responsible for the destruction in New York City." McGonagall gave her an even look of disbelief. "He lead an army, FROM THE SKY!"

"Enough, that incident was a muggle matter. It was done carried out with their quaint teklology, you know better then I how clever they can be. Professor Odinson, however is very clearly a wizard, and thus couldn't have been responsible. Now, I want you to stop with these ridiculous claims and go back to class."

* HP * HP * HP *

Hermione couldn't have been more frustrated, it didn't matter how many crappy evil DADA teachers they got, the faculty always seemed to have blinders on to the danger that they put the students in. She stewed in own anger till she joined her fellow 7th years in filling into the DADA classroom where Professor Odinson stood in front of his desk.

"Good Morning Mortals." The professor said with a sneer that would have impressed Snape. "This morning, we're going to take a page from one of your early transfiguration lessons, but instead of learning how to turn a mouse into a teacup,we're going to learn how to turn a teacup into a Black Mamba. That way, you can strike at your enemies while barely pausing your breakfast. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and we can't miss that."

No no, he wasn't evil at all.

And for the 50th time since she started the new semester she wondered if it was too late to transfer to Beaubatons.
