You couldn't tell what was happening behind screens of Super Smash Bros. All you could see was your favourite video game characters fighting. But they weren't doing that after all is said and done.
"The winner is, Ness!"
You watch Ness on the victory screen, doing his little winner pose, as your favourite character, (insert your favourite SSB4 character here) was happily clapping for himin second place. It wasn't just the two, it was a four-way brawl, with third place going to Lucas and and fourth place going to Jigglypuff.
You've earned a good handful of wins on your belt, maybe around 10 or so. Even then, your friend loves whooping your behind with the boy from Onett. They're always spamming PK Fire, which gets really annoying at times. Oh, and let's not forget about that stupid "Okay" taunt Ness has.
What about Jigglypuff and Lucas? Jigglypuff is an easy kill, so you always go for her. Lucas is like Ness, also spamming PK Fire from time to time, still not as much as Ness. Both Lucas and Jigglypuff are okay in your book.
The next round starts, and you decide to be (insert SSB4 character here). You think they're pretty easy to play as, along side your other favourite Smash 4 character. This time around you're fighting against Kirby, Sheik and Falco. Before you know it, the round has started.
"3, 2, 1, GO!"
Here we go again.
The four previous characters return to base, all having minor injuries, like having a few bruises, cuts, maybe a few concussions and bloody noses. Nothing too severe, like broken bones or any permanent damage. In terms of injury Jigglypuff's taken the most damage, since everyone targets her, with Ness having the least, as he was doing most of the fighting. The character you chose, Sheik, Falco and Kirby had already disappeared, and started fighting.
Your favourite Smash Bros character has already left to talk to some other familiar characters, while Ness, Jigglypuff and Lucas looked at each other, studying one another's injuries.
"Good game." Ness broke the awkward silence.
"Yeah.." Lucas shyly answered.
"Jigglypuff!" Jigglypuff simply said.
Ness and Lucas had ran away to find Toon Link and Villager, and Jigglypuff looked for the girls of smash bros 4.
The two weren't friends with Jigglypuff, but Ness has to admit she is kinda cute, but not as a crush since it's weird for a human being to have feelings for Pokemon. Lucas just thinks Jigglypuff is Jigglypuff, a pail old Pokemon. Little this these three know they'd become really good friends, along with Luigi, Mario/Dr Mario and Duck Hunt. No one would know, since it's all happening behind the screens.
Not even them.
