Mum and Dad,
I'm not coming home this summer. Things are bad this time; the wizarding world has (sorry Mum) gone to shit.
Dennis will be home; you should send him to Grandma's in France straight away. He knows this but it's not safe for Muggleborns anymore - not here. I wish I could explain the half of what's going on but it's a mix of elitism and racism like I've mentioned before, but now they're in charge and Professor McGonagall says things are going to change, fast. They're likely to want to take away Muggleborns and throw them in jail. That's why Dennis needs to leave.
So then there's me. I want to help; I can't help if I leave too. I can't tell you where I'm going or what I'm doing, but know I'm doing good at least.
I'm going to miss you.
