Chuck walked into his room, his head still throbing from the after affects of inhaling the amount of gas he had earlier that day, taking off his tie, he hung into on the handle of his closet door before sitting on his bed, laying back he moved further up the bed, hearing the crinkling of paper beneath his back.
Sitting up, he pulled an evelope from behind him, smiling as he recognised Sarah's hand writing, he opened the letter, his smile growing larger as he picked up the photo of the two of them that had fallen out, setting it aside he read through the letter, he reread it multiple times, unsure of whether or not he was really read what Sarah had writen on the paper he held in his hands. After an hour of reading Sarah's leter over and over again he eventually asleep, letter still in hand.
The next morning the sound of Chuck's alarm woke him, pulling him from the Sarah centric dream he had been enjoying, rolling out of bed, he got dressed in his usual Nerd Herd outfit and went around his usual routine.
Chuck looked at the clock after finishing his breakfast, realising that he still had some time before he needed to be at the Buy More, he picked up the note pad Ellie kept on the kitchen counter and began to write
'Sarah,
I can not begin to describe how happy I am that the letter you left for me didn't end up being a goodbye, the moment I was told that you were no longer my handler and that agent Forest was taking your place, my heart sank, even though I know our relationship hasn't been as professional as it more than likely should be it's the reason that we're such a good team, the fact that we're so close is what makes our team work.
As I am sure you already know, my feelings for you are completely real, what we have together is not just a cover, I love you Sarah Walker, I love you with all of my heart, and just know that when you're ready for our relationship to be real I'll be here, I love you.

Signing the letter, he smiled, placing it into an envelope and putting it safely in his bag, he left his apartment and headed towards the Orange Orange.
Arriving at the youghurt shop where Sarah worked, Chuck noticed that the blonde beauty that had captured his heart the moment they had met almost to years ago had yet to show up, he left the letter by the cash register, making sure it was safe before making his way across to the Buy More, the smile never leaving his face and the thought of Sarah never leaving his mind.
