Ramona always sensed that their something was strange about her , she knew there was more to her than anyone was telling her and she was determined to find out what is.

"mom?" Ramona called out for her mother hoping that she was in kitchen.

"yes?" Amelia answered her daughter

" we need to talk"Ramona replied in the stern voice she uses when something is important

"um.. i am really busy ba-"

" look mom i said this is really important ok?" Ramona said as she slamed her fist on the table

'what is it Maya?" Amelia singed

" was i adopted" Ramona came right out with the question that she has been holding back for some years now

the question had taken Amelia by surprise, now she really didn't know how to tell Ramona about who she really is,

but Ramona was bound to find out one way or the other so it's better if she told her first but that would put her in danger all over again.

"um..mom? are you listening?" Ramona asked

Ramona was saying something about always feeling like she never belonged, well of course she would feel that way

Amelia always tried to protect her from all the dark souls that wanted Ramona and her twin sister

Raquel, hopefully she was safe too. Amelia instantly came back to her senses and realized that Ramona was staring at her awaiting an answer

"well honey i think you should sit down for this" Amelia coax her dau- Ramona the child she had to protect with her life.

"um..OK,but first mom do i have a twin?" Ramona asked earnestly

"well why do you ask"

"well i've been seeing this girl that looks like me but she say's her name is Raquel and she also said that we both would be safer if you told me everything."

"Wait what do you mean you've been seeing her?" Amelia asked now concerned

" well i've been having strange dreams where i can talk to her and stuff, but she wont tell me anything"

"ok, Ramona... Raquel really is your twin sister and your not the average 14 year old you have a lot to live for more that you might really think, both of you

and i am not really your mother, i am your protector, i have been keeping you safe for the last 14 years"

"ok wow i knew i wasn't you know, really related to you but this is wayy bigger than i though"

" i know it must be really hard you know, finding this out now but i couldn't tell you any other time your at the age when your powers start to kick in and -"

"whoa, hold on, powers?" Ramona began to get a little excited

Amelia sing she forgot how 14 year old's can be sometimes "yea honey powers you have your mothers powers and Raquel has your fathers powers, which is why you have to join together and save your world ciel de la nuit"

"well you are too but there's a lot you don't know about me or your self".
