A/N: So this is me feeling bad for Jason. I think he was killed off way too quickly and the writers didn't explain him as well as they should have, but that's just my opinion.

It wasn't like he meant to be the bad guy.
He didn't wake up one day and think "Hey, I want to go screw some people over. That'll be fun!"
And never in a million years did he want to hurt her.
Lana. He loved her.
But she didn't love him…
she loved Clark and that was plain as day.
It hurt him,
a lot.
So ya, he went out and made a few bad decisions.
Okay, maybe more than a few.
But he really did have good intentions at first.
He was doing it for her, so they could be together.
Unfortunately he forgot where that road leads,
downstairs and fast.
Before he knew it he was caught in a net,
thrown by his own mother and the Luthors.
So now at the end of his story he's pegged as the bad guy,
when really, all along he's felt like a pawn.
