The teenage girl ran towards Jake. It had been 18 years since he had imprinted on Nessie. She was starting to look more like her mother every day. She had her mom's big warm brown eyes, her slightly larger lower lip, and the only thing that didn't look like her parents was her kinky red hair tied up in a rubber band on her head. She greeted Jake with a hug. She didn't mind not being able to love anyone else. She knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with her wolf boy. "I missed you" he told her. Being a shape shifter Quiletet, Nessie couldn't come on their land because of the ancient treaty. They went to different schools, lived in different towns, had different friends, but were still madly in love. " why did you leave" she asked him "Nessie you need to understand, I wanted you to have a choice of who you love, I was being selfish coming back" "but I love you" she replied. Jake could see the truth in her words. "Well then. If you love me so much" he said getting on his knees "will you marry me?" she didn't know what to say as he pulled out a ring with the Quiletet symbol and the Cullen crest. "Yes" she said as she threw herself into his strong arms. "But you have to tell Edward" "he knew I was going to ask you eventually", "plus he knew you imprinted on me, and even if he didn't Alice would have seen" Nessie added. "You should have seen your mom when she found out. And smiling they walked back into the Cullen's house.
