My name is Ulpius Malleolus Nero, known to my constituates only as Nero, or, in my official status, Incar. #8219968. Long ago, before the clashes of the Great Wars, I was a teacher, a child-learner, teaching the young of the working class. Being only 18, I considered myself destined for an accomplished educating career. One day, I was seized, informed I had been accomplice to murder, and sentenced to life in the labor prison near Backwater Station. Unless, I chose to redeem myself in the form of military service for the Confederacy.
