"Angleterre!" France called out to the shorter Englishman who was stacking his many notes from todays meeting. Everyone else had already left the scene and finally, after many centuries, Francis was going to do it.

"What the hell now?" Arthur asked annoyed. He just wanted to go home, drink some tea and chat with his friends.

Francis made his way over to Arthur and for once felt really nervous. He has done this many times in the past to others. So why is it this time he gets all high-strung? He quickly threw away those hesitant feelings and stated softly, "Je t'adore."

This caused Arthur to stop packing up and give Francis a look of pure aghast. "What?" He asked with the intention of him mishearing.

"Je t'adore."

"T-that's very funny Francis. Very funny in deed."

"It is not a joke. I have a heart for you."

It took what seemed to Francis hours for Arthur to respond.

"Great to know," Arthur said slowly and began to take his leave. Arthur didn't want to really go, but the stupid frog was going to fast. Arthur needed time to think. Maybe this was all some elaborate plot or worse.

Before Arthur could even lay a hand on the doorknob Francis spoke, "Is that all you have to say? I just admitted what I have been pushing away since the day we met!". Francis began to feel his chest knot in emotions, "I just want to know I you feel the same."

A/N: I am sorry that this is short and rough. I haven't written publicly and I would like some tips or such.
