"What's your excuse for not completing your maths homework, Mikan-chan? Jinno complained to me that you're quite a handful when the word 'maths' and 'homework' is combined together. He even said your grades had gotten higher ever since you were assigned with the maths book," Narumi asked, hilarity sparking bright in his violet eyes.
"Oh you'll never guess what Hotaru did to Bob-kun yesterday, Narumi-sensei!" Mikan cried.
"Who's this 'Bob-kun' you speak of, dear Mikan-chan?" Narumi smiled.
"He's my tutor, Narumi-sensei! He's helped me through the toughest times of my homework life. Well, mainly maths homework," Mikan explained happily.
"You have a tutor?" Narumi's eyes were bulging out of its' sockets in disbelief.
"Yup! Bob-kun's the best tutor I could've asked for!"
"Well, might I be able to meet this tutor of yours?" he asked cautiously, tilting his head with his golden locks following after him.
Mikan shook her head gravely and replied, "N-no… Hotaru had gotten rid of him…"
"And it was for a good reason," Hotaru reminded.
"How did Hotaru-chan get rid of Bob-kun, Mikan-chan?" Narumi asked curiously, feeling pity for the gloomy brunette.
"Well, it all happened like this…"
Taking in a deep breath, Mikan started her heartbreaking story. "I was walking down the hallway with Bob-kun, hand-in-hand, towards my dorm and-," she was cut off by a fiercely irritated voice.
"What?" Natsume growled.
Ignoring the disruption, Mikan continued, "as I was about to enter my room, Hotaru kidnapped Bob-kun to hold him hostage in her laboratory. I had to run and follow her but she kept ignoring my protests since Bob-kun had never done anything wrong. As I reached her lab, I saw the most gruesome sight. Hotaru was literally ripping Bob-kun's flesh into pieces! I mean, that's a federal crime! She could go into court for murdering a tutor!"
To say Narumi was frightened and shocked was an understatement. "You're saying that she m-murdered someone?" Narumi was trembling in fear.
"You. Are. All. Idiotic. Idiots," Hotaru said through gritted teeth.
"Whoa, I never knew Imai was this scary! Sure, she was an evil, manipulative, blackmailing blackmailer, but to go this far by murdering someone? Now that is evil," Koko muttered.
Sumire cackled as she stood up and said, "Oh, you guys are such stupid bimbos. I don't think you all managed to solve the name Bob-kun."
"Of course we wouldn't! We were too preoccupied with the fact that Imai's a killer!" Ruka snapped.
"Ugh. You still don't get it, do you? Bob merely stands for: Back of Book! Meaning, Sakura here plagiarised the answers from the back of the book! Gosh!" Sumire said.
"Oh! So that means, Imai isn't a serial-killer!" Koko shouted.
"No shit, Sherlock."
Narumi smiled and put a hand on his heart. "So Hotaru-chan, you ripped the answers off the page so you could put a stop to Mikan-chan's cheating?"
"I don't want her disease of stupidity to spread any further," she put it simply.
"Now Mikan-chan, you are aware you will receive light punishment, right?" Narumi raised an eyebrow.
'Aw man… so much for my dream of becoming a Maths teacher,' Mikan thought sullenly.
