Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's: Slipstream

A story taking place after the events of the last episode of 5D's around 1 year later. Yusei is a scientist and jack is a pro duelist again. Jack and Yusei and their friends all gather together to have a duel together just for fun. however those plans get cut short just as they are in the middle of the duel after a freak rainstorm.

Yusei Fudo: now working as a researcher for new domino cities energy department, following along in his fathers footsteps he has invented a way to stabilize the ener-d reactors increasing their power potential and eliminating all possibility of zero reverse ever happening again. upon losing his signer mark like all six other signers his dragon had left to return to the crimson dragons spirit realm. he no longer duels competitively only for fun with his friends whenever they are all fortunate enough to meet

Jack Atlas: now the head of the top ranked turbo duel team in the world, jack atlas has only grown stronger once again he is the duel king. without his signer dragon he had to adapt his strategies with new monsters and strategies, even without his ace card his team reigns undefeated. he dosn't often get to meet his friends but enjoys any chance he can get to face off against his arch rival Yusei

Crow Hogan: now a ranking officer in sector security he has been given charge as a deputy chief in the satellite specific division. the loss of his signer dragon didn't affect his strategies much his Blackwing monsters still remain his go to cards

Akiza Izinski: a close friend of Yusei jack and crow. she used to be host to psychic powers but her powers waned as she grew closer to and fonder of her friends, Yusei in particular. she is fond of plant monsters .
