Summary: Due to an unfortunate turn of events Sam went into the witness protection program and became Eve. How will the Librarians react when this information comes to light. Set after 'And The Wrath of Chaos'.

Author notes:This idea has been bugging me since season one of the librarians and since there are no Librarians/Stargate crossovers, I decided to give it a go.
So, everything will eventually be explained, but for right now all you need to know is that due to an unfortunate turn of events Sam went into the witness protection program and became Eve.
This chapter is the first dream sequence I've ever written, so hope you all enjoy.
POV Eve/Sam
The soft shallow breeze,
The soothing sounds of the waterfall,
The light smell of flowers,
I feel at hone here.
I feel safe here.
Its so peaceful, I don't ever want to leave.
But like all good things,
This too will come to an end.
But until then,
I'll sit here on this log and relax
Because here there's no danger
Here there's no monsters
Here there is nothing but peace
I close my eyes in hopes to make it last,
But it is not to be.
'Eve' I hear someone call.
It's as faint as a whisper but I turn to look anyway
Nothing
I turn my gaze to the waterfall
It must have been my imagination
'Eve'
There it is again
I stand up and look around
Still nothing
'Eve'
It's louder this time
"Hello? Is someone there?" I ask
The once peaceful landscape is now turning dark.
'Lighting flashes, sparked showers, in one blink of an eye, you have missed seeing'
It has started to rain
"What have I missed seeing?"
Lightning hits a nearby tree.
Scaring away the birds and shushing their beautiful melody
'You cannot tell the depth of the river until you have seen the bottom.'
Lightning hits again
This time sending a flower garden into smoke.
'Many roads lead to the great path...Only the willing find their way.'
"I'm sorry, I don't know what you're trying to tell me."
Just as quickly as it had begun, the storm stopped
'The evil within is too strong to defeat, the only way to win is to deny it battle.'
'The only way to win is to be neither Sam nor Eve.
Trust your instincts.
The battle that lays before you is long and hard,
But you will survive in one form or another if you believe in yourself and your colleagues, both old and new.'
