It finally happened, Professor Sheldon Lee Cooper of Caltech had won the Nobel Prize in Physics. He was at Caltech when the news broke, all of his friends were there to congratulate him and his devoted wife Amy was by his side.
Leonard "Congratulations, I never doubted you would do it"
Raj "Fantastic news, dude"
Howard "As an astronaut all I can say is what you have done is out of this world"
Even his frenemies were there to say well done.
Barry Kripke "Coopah, congwatuwations"
Lesley Winkle "Well done Sheldon, a great achievement, not so dumb now"
He was persuaded by Amy to give a talk in the main Caltech auditorium, when he got there it was jam packed with cheering scientists. After the cheers eventually subsided Sheldon started speaking.
"Thank you Caltech for all your support and congratulations. I know I am fantastic and I totally deserve this great prize..."
When he eventually got home that night Penny and Bernadette were there to congratulate him. Sheldon was so happy he didn't complain too much when Penny and Bernadette hugged him.
Sheldon went to bed that night a happy man...

Sheldon awoke and said "Amy, we had better start planning for Stockholm."
Suddenly Sheldon looked around with a start. "Amy where are you, who has changed our bedroom, where are all my comic books? Who has kidnapped me from Pasadena?"
In the observation room the nurse observed this on the computer screen and made a phone call. "Doctor Reilly, this is Nurse Jackson. It looks like patient Cooper has had the Pasadena dream again. Shall I call his mother."
30 minutes later Doctor Reilly escorted Mary Cooper into Sheldon's room.
"Mother, what am I doing here? I won the Nobel Prize."
"Shelly, not this again, you are safe here in the hospital."
Mary then spoke to Doctor Reilly "It's a good job we had him tested when he was 10."
Doctor Reilly replied "That's right Mrs Cooper, just imagine what he would have been like in the outside world if we hadn't."
