Just keep running. Don't stop. Keep going. As I pushed my legs faster ans harder, I turned the corner. I didn't know where I was, or where I was headed for that fact, but I knew that if I didn't keep going I wasn't going to make it.
I searched for a weapon, or even a cell phone but I couldn't find one.
Damn demon must have taken them.
My legs were burning but that only made me go faster. I wasn't sure if he was behind me but I wasn't going to stop. I kept going, but I knew I was slowing down.
My legs gave out, and I fell to the ground. I was not able to get back up. No matter how hard I tried I just was to tired. I laid there waiting for him to come.
I don't know how I could be so stupid, for believing him, for trusting him. He was lying to me the whole time. He never cared, he was just using me to get to my powers.
And I walked right into his trap.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here." he said while he walked out of the shadows. "I told you, that you would never be able to get away from me. But yet you still tried to run. I'm not sure why, but then again you humans are a little stupid."
That's when I was sure I was going to die.
