Lucciola is pronounced Loo-chee-ohlah. Lucci is pronounced Loo-chee.
"I don't wanna go to the after-school program!" 10-year-old Lucciola protested to her parents.
"Why not, Lucci?" her mother asked, looking into her daughter's eyes, which were identical to hers.
"Cuz boys and girls are stupid," she replied.
"Why do you say that, honey?" her father asked.
"Girls are stupid
Cuz they think with their hearts.
Boys are stupid
Cuz they think with their private parts," she recited.
Her parents stared wide-eyed, slack-jawed, and blushing at their daughter's reply.
"Lucciola Caroleena Creecher, where on Earth did you hear that?" her father asked.
"I wrote it myself," Lucciola replied with a hint of pride.
"Creepie," he said sadly to his wife, "Our little girl is too grown up for her own good."
"I know, Skipper," she replied.
This popped into my head just twenty minutes ago. I thought: "I really wanna post this on FanFiction. Which fandom could I use this for?" I love CreepieXSkipper, so I thought I'd make their child say it as an excuse for something. Their daughter has Creepie's personality. Lucciola means 'firefly' in Italian. I thought it was cute because she has plenty of fire and Creepie and Skipper would probably use a name referencing their bug heritage. If you're wondering why Lucciola has her mother's last name, it's because Skipper didn't have one when he married Creepie, so they used her surname. Read and Review! Hope you enjoyed!!
