The Beginning

It was a nice sunny day with a warm breeze gently blowing; this is what Sophia Thundertamer had woken up to that morning. Yawning as she stretched Sophia got up to start her day with her usual routine to get ready for school, shower, brush teeth, dress, eat breakfast, and leave for her school which was more of an academy Pre-Ravenwood academy for magic but as it seems she wasn't going there today nope definitely not today as today she was going to her first day at Ravenwood Academy for Magic.

As Sophia was walking towards the Shopping District she had bumped into her best friend Jordan Pixiehaven a girl about two inches taller than herself with tan skin, black hair that is spiky at the tips, and honey-golden colored eyes.

"Hi Sophia." Jordan said.

"Hey Jordan." Sophia replied.

"Today is orientation day." Jordan said.

"It is? I totally forgot that was today. What school are you hoping for Jordan?"

"Fire school. Duhhh! We've been over this a thousand times Sophia, when are you going to get that. Honestly what am I going to do with you?" Jordan said with an exasperated tone.

"How should I know Jordan, seriously if it weren't for you I'd probably have gone insane by now."

"Ohh! Look we're here!"

"Geez Jordan, you're excited for school? I mean really SCHOOL?" Sophia said rubbing her ears after her friend had squealed.

"School? No not school in general but the magic that I get to learn in Ravenwood Academy."

"Oh kay."

As Jordan and Sophia walked into Golem court, where orientation was being held by Mr. Lincon, they heard him say "Alright settle down the faster we do this the faster you can start your school training." Sure enough about a minute later all the talking going around the two had ceased.

"Now when I call your name I want you to come up here state your name and fill out a registration form. Does every one understand me?" At everyone's nod he continued. "Good. Now Ms. Pixiehaven if you could come consult the book of secrets after filling out your registration form for me."

As Jordan walked up to Mr. Lincon to get her registration form and to consult the book of secrets she noticed the sudden change in the weather, that she was sure no one else had felt, and to her it seemed like a terrible storm was brewing one worse than that of which any storm lord or even storm god could conjure up, and it felt like something evil was come and it was coming soon.

"Here is your form Ms. Pixiehaven, fill it out and then consult the book of secrets." Mr. Lincon told her. As Jordan was looking over the registration form it had seemed more like a job application then a registration form.
