This is a poem that my boyfriend wrote after seeing A walk to remember. I didn't tell him I put this on here but I want you guys to review it, tell me what you think. Personally, I love it but hey, I could be biased, ya know? Tee hee. Thanks!
Don't go. Don't leave. I need you to remain. Just remain here a little while longer. I lost my will to speak. So I'll use my eyes. I wish my eyes could tell stories like yours do. If you could see the picture inside my eyes you would see into my inner sanctum of false thoughts. It's calm here. Like a pleasant rain on a warm summer night. Shadows cast light escaping through darkness into nothing and then twists their way back into a smile painted on my face. You motivate me to say something. I can't. I want to remember this moment not for me speaking, but for you and I sitting quietly and breathing in the moment. You look so content, but I feel that you feel something is missing. You look around. The moment has now passed. If anything relevant were to have happened that moment has just left us. I'm not sure how much longer I have. I want to enjoy this. Something though is drawing us apart. What it is I may never know. Just remember, don't go and don't let go.....
