Chapter 1: Remembrance
It has been five weeks since the last mayor has left the little town called Kine. After the mayer left, everyone was really upset and heart broken. Especially the town's secretary who was just beginning to know the mayor. Every night they would head to bed hoping the mayor would come back but he never did. One night however, a bad storm was brewing up in the cold air. It was expected to bring a lot of rain, hail, and possible snow. All of the residents of Kine were prepared with their sweaters and jackets. However, the only thing it brought were thunderstorms and lots of rain.
The secretary was Isabelle. A female dog who was a misbehaving pup when she was little. She never got over the fact that thunder scared her. When she would get scared she would hide under the desk. Isabelle was always busy with work and trying to keep her bells at a rate to where she wouldn't go broke because she likes helping public work projects by donating some of her money. She got so tired though that she fell into deep sleep. She fell into such deep sleep though, that she didn't hear someone pulling up at the trainstation.
