Misaki had left Usagi for some unknown reason. He had been driving around the city for Kami knows how long. He decided to turn on the radio. "Now for Evanescence's new single song, My Immortal. Requested by an unknown caller.
I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
'Cause your presence still lingers here
And it won't leave me alone
These wounds won't seem to heal
Misaki had found himself thinking of all the memories he and Usagi had shared.
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me
Tears started to fall from Misaki's eyes. He had been so stupid! He loves Usagi and Usagi loves him! He turned the car around and drove towards their shared condo. When he parked the car, he practically ran towards the door. He opened the door, out of breath from running, and saw Usagi sitting on the sofa with a soft smile on his beautiful face. "I knew you'd listen to the song." Misaki smiled, a stray tear rolling down his right cheek. He ran and jumped into Usagi's waiting arms and kissed him fully on the lips. "I love you so much Usagi-san. I'm sorry I ever left." Misaki managed to whisper before Usagi claimed his lips in a chaste kiss. "I love you too, Misaki. But I have one question." Usagi got on one knee. "Misaki Takahashi. Will you marry me?"
Misaki's eyes widened and he fell to the his knee's. He looked up at Usagi and kissed him. "Yes." he whispered. Usagi smiled and hugged him like it was the end of the world. Misaki pulled away and looked at Usagi with nothing but love in his eyes. "I love you." he whispered again before pulling Usagi into a passionate kiss.
And thus their new lives together began.
