Oh my god, I have to buy this hoodie, Ayumu will absolutely love it. Hmm, actually two would be better.
We finally have time for a date, and Ayumu invites me for the day. Finally I can surprise him with a present. I put my hoodie on and hide Ayumu's in the bottom of my bag.
When he opens the door, he looks at me in confusion. "You're up to something, Supii, and way too pleased with yourself."
"Close your eyes, I have a surprise for you."
"No."
"Please, I promise you'll like it. Oh, and I need you to hold your arms in front of you, too."
He finally relents after extracting way too many future favors from me, but I know it will be worth it. I slide the hoodie over his arms and pull it down his chest. Then I take off my jacket to reveal mine too.
"Okay, Ayumu, you can open your eyes now."
He looks down and sees the velociraptor on his sweatshirt and smiles, "I love raptors, but I don't know why you're making such a big production of it. Wait, you have one too? I love you, Supii, but we are NOT going outside in matching shirts."
"No, of course we aren't." I bring my elbows out in front of me and am thrilled when I see his expression change from wariness to pure joy. "RAWRRR"
The elbows of my hoodie show the top and bottom jaws of a velociraptor, and as I open and close them, it looks like a dinosaur opening and closing it's mouth.
I attack him first, nipping his arm with my elbows, but he quickly gains the upper hand and chases me around the couch. He looks so adorable with his "jaws" wide open and a broad smile of joy on his face as he laughs openly. I'm so happy that I forget that I am supposed to be escaping.
As he catches me, he wraps his arms around me and whispers in my ear, "Clever girl, you deserve a reward."
We settle into the couch and as he nuzzles into my neck, I whisper, "I have another surprise, but it's not quite as good as the shirts."
"I'm not letting go of you for hours, so it better be able to wait."
"We can do both, I brought all of the Jurassic Park movies so we can root for our fellow raptors."
He bites my neck and growls in my ear. So we end up getting a late start on the movie marathon.
