Hey! I'm wizard muggle and this is my story, Remembrance!
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.
Entry #1
Hi. My name is Victoire Weasley and I'm 18 years old. Anyone who might come across this book in the future and then dare to read on might think, 'Hmm Weasley...Weasley...Hey! Isn't that the last name of Harry Potter's best friend? That guy from the Golden Trio?' Well to put it frankly, yes, that's one of many uncles, Ron Weasley. And before that said person met the Bat-Bogey hex that my Aunt Ginny taught me, that also means that Hermione Weasley nee Granger is my aunt. And one of my other uncles is Harry James Potter, the Boy-Who-Lived and the Chosen One and the Savior of the Wizarding World ect. After that person had finished running from their own snot, they might say, "Wow you're so lucky!" But I'm not.
My life can be quite miserable. Imagine growing up with two siblings, nine aunts and uncles, and nine cousins, all living in a close-knit environment, where you can't take a step without bumping into someone with Weasley blood in them. Well, I live in Romania with my single uncle, Charlie Weasley, where he's teaching me how to watch the baby dragons in the nursery. I've always loved deadly animals, so I'm studying dragons with my uncle until I get my own place. This is my free weekend, so when I'm not owling my amazing yet annoying boyfriend of four years, Teddy Lupin, I'll be pursuing my second passion in this notebook. Writing.
My uncle Harry got me interested in writing. He used to tell us kids the adventures Ron and Hermione and he had at Hogwarts. They fascinated me, and one day my mum found my own copy of adventures I wanted to have at Hogwarts. Of course the grown-ups all made a big fuss, "Oh, she's going to be an author," and "Looks like she wants to give you a run for your money." Honestly, though, I found it bothersome. They always fussed over me, she's the most beautiful. Well, after all, I am part Veela. She's so smart. She's a writer. She loves animals. Seriously, I wonder if they tried to point out every little thing I did and try to make a big deal out of it. I guess that's because I was the first baby, besides Teddy. Still, I'm getting off topic. In this notebook I have decided to compile a secret series of writings about a particular day. A day that has been a constant for me since I was born. Not only because it was my birthday, but because it was May 2nd, the anniversary of the Battle of Hogwarts. Every year at my home, Shell Cottage, my family hosts a "party" to celebrate the defeat of Voldemort, mourn the loss of family and friends, and celebrate my birthday. It started out just the Weasley's, Luna Lovegood, Dennis Creevey, and Teddy and his grandma. Then it expanded, old friends and forgiven enemies came to remember this special day. Kids were born, and got older. So, that day is really special to me, and that's why I'm writing about it. There will be 20 entries, one for each year. Maybe I'll write a 21st entry for this year. I don't ever plan on anyone besides me seeing this. Not like my notebook from when I was younger. It'll be a secret, like the one Lucy asked me to keep about her 6 years older than her boyfriend. Except, no one will find out about it. It will be for my eyes only. Mine only. And remember, if you're daring to read this, expect a certain hex to come your way.
