This is a series of drabbles I'm working on for a roleplay I'm in- iroMUSUME!

For ever ten pages we get through in the ooc thread, I'm writing a drabble, using the pairing from the first person to post on the page.

First up is: MisakoxMuhiko - Money!

So many things in life cost money- after all, money was the root of all evil, and the world consisted of evil. But sometimes, there were those small things in life that didn't cost a penny. Maybe you've over looked the existence of these few things, or just forgotten about them. These things like love, and happiness, and even relaxation could all be found without money. So many people flaunted what they had to win another's heart, but maybe there was another way to do so. A way to woo the girl without having to get her tickets to a show and an over-the-top dinner.

But that wasn't the way they had gotten together- not even close.

The pinkette and the greenette lay upon the beach, their toes buried in the sand. The stars above them shone with a delightful twinkle, as if to put on a show for the teenaged lovers. Muhiko sat up and slid closer to Misako, pulling her up into his lap. She blushed a deep crimson and giggled quietly to herself. She adjusted her body so she could sit comfortably between his leg. The rich boy brought his lips down to place a chaste kiss to her cheek, smirking all the while. He'd never felt so wanted- so loved- in all his life. That was the feeling he got with Misako, and it was something he'd never received from anyone.

"Um, Muhiko . . . . are you having a good time? Cause if you're not I could totally understand!" Misako blushed as she rested her back agaist his shirt-clad chest. "I mean, don't you like to go to high-money places and stuff?"

Muhiko chuckled softly, clearly amused with that notion. Yes, he supposed being rich would make him seem that way, but didn't people know there was more to him than simply some rich child who liked to spend as much as he possibly could?

"You know Misako-chan . . . there are somethings money can't buy." He gently took his hand and tilted her face to look towards him. Slowly, and with slight hesitation, he pressed his lips to her petal soft pair. He pulled back after a moment and smiled. "After all, you're something money could not buy."
